Our beautiful 9ct gold Chrysoprase gemstone necklace is part of the Bali Birthstone Collection. The gold disc, which can be engraved with a name or special date, is polished on one side and brushed on the other, so you can wear it either way around. The hand set gemstone, Chrysoprase traditionally has always symbolised happiness, enterprise and to encourage common sense. In the 18th century, thieves actually believed that by placing this stone in their mouth would make them invisible. We can't guarantee that but it was the favourite stone of Queen Anne and that's good enough for us. And a small matching gemstone sits at the clasp which is adjustable to get the right fit.
